Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfection agent composition for food processing equipment or cooking utensils that not only has an excellent disinfective property for food processing equipment or cooking utensils, but does not require the washing out after the treatment, and to provide a disinfection method using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a disinfection agent composition for food processing equipment or cooking utensils containing (a) protamine, as well as (b) one or more compounds selected from glycerin, poly-glycerin, propylene glycol and sorbitol; and a disinfection method for food processing equipment or cooking utensils in which the disinfection agent composition for food processing equipment or cooking utensils is adhered to food processing equipment or cooking utensils.SELECTED DRAWING: None
