Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V-engine intake structure capable of improving output of a V-engine.SOLUTION: A V-engine intake structure comprises: a first outward part 2a configured to introduce intake air in an outward direction toward an outside of an engine body in a first bank 72a which is any one of banks of a V-engine; a first inward part 4a provided downstream of the first outward part and configured to introduce the intake air in an inward direction toward an inside of the V-engine; a first relay part 3a relaying between the first outward part and the first inward part and configured to introduce the intake air from upward to downward of the engine body 71; a first multiple passage part 5a composed by a plurality of branch passages 5 connected to a downstream side of the first inward part and configured to introduce the intake air to a plurality of intake ports of the first bank, respectively; and a first surge part 6a configured to temporarily store the intake air, the first surge part being provided in the first inward part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
