PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure uniformity in a tire circumference direction of a conductive member to be arranged in a rubber member.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire 1 having a rim cushion rubber 5A provided at a position contacting a rim R in a bead part 5, the rim cushion rubbers 5A is configured to be divided into an inner rubber 5Aa inside in a tire radial direction and an outer rubber 5Ab outside in the tire radial direction, and a conductive member 11, which is lower in electric resistance than the rim cushion rubber 5A, is arranged between the inner rubber 5Aa and the outer rubber 5Ab when constituting the bead part 5 with a molding drum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
