Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a metal product having a fine pattern at high quality and high efficiency.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a metal product having prescribed patterns, including: a step for forming a matrix formed with irregularity corresponding to a plurality of the above prescribed patterns; a step for forming a metallic plate-shaped member provided with the plurality of the prescribed patterns using the irregularity of the matrix; and a step for forming mask patterns on both sides of the metallic plate-shaped member using photo-lithography, and performing etching using the mask patterns, and making the metallic plate-shaped member into pieces to form each metal product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
