Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve engine output by reducing an amount of electrostatic charge.SOLUTION: In an engine, positive charge is charged to an engine body (1) and a non-conductive engine component attached to the engine body (1). A self-discharging static eliminator (10) can reduce an amount of electrostatic charge on a wall surface of the non-conductive engine component in a limited region around an installation place when being installed on the non-conductive engine component. The self-discharging static eliminator (10) is installed on an outer wall surface of a connection part to the engine body of the engine component, and thus, the electric charge on the engine body (1) is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
