Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a bag naturally by smoothly oscillating universal casters while reducing their damage against a strong shock load.SOLUTION: The bag with casters has a handle installed in the bag part that is self-supporting, with a plurality of universal casters 1 fixed on the bottom face. In each of the universal caster 1, a yoke 7 with a wheel 6 connected is connected to a fixed part 10 through a pivot 9 and a ball bearing 8. Between the yoke 7 and the fixed part 10, there is provided a deformation prevention gap 20 where the two are brought into contact with each other in a state where the pivot 9 is displaced by a load acting on the bag part and where the two are in a non-contact state in a state where no load is acting on the bag part. The fixed part 10 has integrally formed therein, with plastic molding, an inner cylinder 8A in which an outer wheel 8B of the ball bearing 8 with the pivot 9 inserted into the inner wheel 8A is fixed inside, a plurality of vertical ribs 13 which are radially fastened on the outside of the inner cylinder 8A, an outer cylinder 8B which is formed by fixing the outer peripheral end of the vertical ribs 13 to the inside thereof, and a bottom plate 14 which is fixed to the inner cylinder 8A and the outer cylinder 8B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
