Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to process pleats into curtain cloth.SOLUTION: Pleats are processed into curtain cloth 4 by putting the curtain cloth 4 between mold cloth 1 and 5 using polyester fiber or acrylic fiber formed pleats to uniform pitch, taking it in a processing furnace with this state, sending high temperature steam and supplying hot wind to the processing furnace for appointed time, and pulling out moisture in the processing furnace and drying afterwards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
