Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detection means for surely detecting presence of a transportation tray made from plastic, and an operation method of a transportation system for detection.SOLUTION: A transportation system for a spinning bobbin includes a plastic transportation tray 2 for perpendicularly arranging a spinning bobbin 3, a transportation path 4 for transporting the transportation tray 2, and a detection means for detecting presence of the transportation tray 2 at a predetermined position of the transportation path 4. The detection means includes a passive RFID transponder 6 arranged in the transportation tray 4, and an induction type proximity switch 7. The induction type proximity switch 7 includes an oscillation circuit for generating an alternation magnetic field, and for the oscillation circuit to be attenuated by the RFID transponder 6, a frequency of the alternation magnetic field agrees with an operation frequency of the RFID transponder 6. The induction type proximity switch 7 has a process unit, and the process unit generates a signal that indicates presence of the transportation tray 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
