Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipolar circuit breaker device of thin outline where a common trip coupler connects at least two separate circuit breakers.SOLUTION: A circuit breaker assembly includes a plurality of circuit breakers, where these circuit breakers include a housing internally having a trip mechanism, respectively, and each housing has an opening in the side face thereof. Each trip mechanism has a coupler disc connected therewith. The plurality of circuit breakers are positioned along the side face of the housing, and arranged in a system of connecting the ends by means of a trip member connected with the coupler disc. Consequently, when the trip mechanism is actuated from non-trip state to trip state, the trip member actuates the second trip mechanism from non-trip state to trip state (the reverse is also true).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
