Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly connect a short rod on site and lengthen a life of use of a rod with little deformation or breakage of a threaded portion due to an axial force in a long rod which can transmit a shaft force and a rotational torque by connecting a plurality of short rods.SOLUTION: A long rod is configured with: a short rod a in which a projection shaft a1 is vertically provided at a lower end and a female thread a2 is engraved in a recess at an upper end; an intermediate cylinder b in which a female thread is provided on an upper inner circumference, a step b2 is projected on an intermediate inner circumference, and a polygon part b3 is provided therebelow; a retainer c; an axial force transmission shaft in which a polygonal prism part d2 and a cylindrical base part are provided above a male thread d1 and a diameter-reduced part, a maximum diameter part and an expanded diameter part are provided thereabove; and retainer locking means. The axial force transmission shaft is screwed with the female thread of the lower short rod a. The projection shaft a1 of the upper short rod a is screwed with the female thread of the intermediate cylinder b. The intermediate cylinder b is inserted into the axial force torque transmission shaft of the lower rod and detachably connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
