Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of producing a transparent electrode excellent in transparency and resistivity in such a manner that the diameter and intervals of holes provided at a conductive thin film are correctly controlled by a simple process without using rare metal.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a transparent electrode in which a conductive thin film with two-dimensionally arranged holes on the surface of an insulating base material is formed. A dispersion liquid of charged fine particles with a particle diameter is 100 nm to 1 mm is coated on the surface of a base material.When the charged fine particles are arranged each other in a self-organizing manner with repulsive force by charges, the inter-particle intervals of the charged fine particles are controlled. The arranged charged fine-particles are stuck to the base material to form a conductive thin film on the surface of the base material. Thereafter, the charged fine particles are removed from the surface of the base material. With the particle diameter and particle intervals of the charged fine particles as parameters, the permeability and face resistivity of the whole region of a visible light region are controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
