Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect trap capable of efficiently capturing in an insect capturing sheet an insect attracted by light of a light emitting part and hardly allowing an insect captured in the insect capturing sheet to be visible from outside.SOLUTION: An insect trap 1 includes: a body 10 (body plate part 11) including a first face 111, second face 112, and third face 113 as outer side faces and having a generally U-shaped cross section; a light source 90 arranged on an inner side of the body 10 and capable of emitting attracting light attracting an insect; a U-shaped arm part 15 arranged at both edges on an opening side of the body 10 and having opposite orientation to the body 10; a cover 50 arranged detachably on the opening side of the body 10, covering the light source 90 on an inner side with respect to the arm part 15, and forming a gap between the cover and the body 10; and an adhesive sheet (inset capturing sheet) 70 arranged on an inner side of the cover 50 while facing the light source 90 and capturing an insect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
