Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nerve cell evaluation apparatus, a nerve cell evaluation program and a nerve cell evaluation method which are capable of evaluating motion of a nerve cell over time from a video image obtained by imaging the nerve cell over time.SOLUTION: An analysis system pertaining to the present technique comprises a feature value calculation unit and a feature value display unit. The feature value calculation unit calculates a frequency feature value of a motion amount in a range to be evaluated of a nerve cell, in a video image obtained by imaging the nerve cell over time. The feature value display unit controls display of visualized difference in the calculated frequency feature value of in the range to be evaluated of the nerve cell between before and after drug administration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
