Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin tank at which a reinforcing member can be attached to a portion facing a tank inner wall with high positioning accuracy.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin tank comprises an arranging step of arranging resin sheets S1, S2 between a pair of respective molding dies 32, 34 at which an insert 40 movable forward and backward is provided with respect to cavities 33, 35; a shaping step of introducing the resin sheets S1, S2 in each cavity and shaping them in a state where each insert 40 is advanced with respect to the cavities 33, 35; a welding step of pressing both ends 28A, 28B of a reinforcing member 28 to the resin sheets S1, S2, respectively, and welding them by moving a pair of molding dies in the mold closing direction in a state where the reinforcing member 28 held by a robot hand 44 is disposed at a position where the inserts 40 of the pair of molding dies are facing each other; and a mold closing step of closing a mold by moving the pair of molding dies in the mold closing direction and retreating each insert 40 with respect to the cavities 33, 35 after evacuating the robot hand from between the pair of molding dies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
