Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel capable of reducing the number of components and ensuring freedom in designing.SOLUTION: A position of a center junction 54 of a tunnel part 14 and a position of an outer junction 36 of a floor part 22 and an outer junction 46 of a floor part 24 are deviated from each other in the fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle. Therefore, a collision load F2 transmitted to the floor part 24 at a side collision of the vehicle is transmitted in the vehicle width direction of a floor panel 10 by means of the outer junction 46. Thereafter, the collision load is dispersed in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle via the tunnel part 14 of the floor panel 10. Accordingly, stress concentration at the side collision of the vehicle can be alleviated. Namely, plastic deformation of the floor panel 10 can be suppressed at the side collision of the vehicle. This eliminates the necessity of, for example, a reinforcement member for reducing the stress concentrated on the outer junction 46 of the floor panel 10. Accordingly, compared with when the reinforcement member is attached to the floor panel, the number of components can be reduced and freedom in designing is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
