Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supplying apparatus capable of scooping up even the last one of screws to a vibration rail even when the screws stored in a basket are reduced in number.SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a basket 10 capable of storing a large number of screws W, a scooping plate 20 which moves from a lower side to an upper side of the basket 10 to scoop up the screw W, and a vibration rail 30 which hangs the screw W scooped up by the scooping plate 20 to convey forward by vibration. The basket 10 comprises agitation means 50 for agitating the screws W stored in it. Thereby, even when the screws w stored in the basket 10 are reduced in number, the screws W remaining at a bottom part of the basket 10 move and are agitated in the basket 10 by the action of the agitation means 50. Accordingly, the agitated screws W are hard to keep stay to the last in the basket 10, and can be fitted to the scooping plate 20 to the last one and conveyed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
