Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding impeller capable of preventing formation of burr on a surface ridge line of a blade in injection molding, and reducing manufacturing costs necessary for deburring of the blade.SOLUTION: An injection molding impeller 1 has a central shaft portion 3 and a plurality of blades 5 formed around the central shaft portion 3 at equal intervals, and is rotated on a shaft center CL of the central shaft portion 3 to make a fluid flowing in between adjacent blades 5, 5 from a direction along the shaft center CL of the central shaft portion 3, flow out toward a radial outer side. Each of the blades 5 has a non-modifying shape portion 10 linearly extended along the radial direction from the central shaft portion 3, and a circular arc-shaped flow modifying portion 13 extended from the non-modifying portion 10 to a radial outer end, and is spirally formed from one end 7 side to another end 8 side along the shaft center CL of the central shaft portion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
