Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, by which the reduction in capacity retention can be suppressed by adequately forming a LiBOB-originating coating on a negative electrode.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a secondary battery, which is provided according to the present invention, comprises: a step of inserting an electrolyte solution prepared by adding LiBOB of an amount over a saturated amount of dissolution to a fluorinated solvent together with an electrode body in a battery case to construct a battery assembly; and an aging step of heating and in parallel, charging the battery assembly, thereby keeping the battery assembly in a voltage region equal to or higher than a LiBOB decomposition potential and under a decomposition potential of the fluorinated solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
