PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means that can measure the amount and distribution of active sulfur molecular species in a living cell.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a fusion protein including a protein that controls gene expression in response to active sulfur molecular species, and two fluorescent proteins that bind to the N terminal side and C terminal side of the protein, where the two fluorescent proteins allow fluorescence resonance energy transfer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
