PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-based heat resistant alloy member excellent in both of creep breaking strength and hot workability.SOLUTION: An Ni-based heat resistant alloy member has a chemical composition consisting of, in mass%, C: 0.01 to 0.15%, Si: 1.0% or less, Mn: 2.0% or less, P: 0.03% or less, S: 0.0015 to 0.0100%, O: 0.01% or less, Ni: 40.0 to 60.0%, Cr: 15.0 to 28.0%, Co: 18.0 to 25.0%, Mo: 0.1 to 10.0%, Ti: 0.05 to 3.0%, Nb: 0.2 to 3.0%, Al: 0.2 to 3.0%, B: 0.0001 to 0.01%, W: 0 to 10.0%, Ca: 0 to 0.0100%, Mg: 0 to 0.0500%, REM: 0 to 0.100%, Cu: 0 to 1.0%, V: 0 to 0.5%, with the balance being Fe and impurities, and satisfying [0.4(3REM+2Ca+Mg)+0.0015≤S≤0.03(3REM+2Ca+Mg)+0.0050].SELECTED DRAWING: None
