Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress coarse of hard particles in a heap layer and enhance machinability of the heap layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an antifriction member having a step for forming a heap layer by a heating part is moved relatively to a substrate while supplying a powder for heap layer containing a hard powder containing silicide containing one or more kind of element of Cr, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu and one or more element of Mo, W and Nb as a hard phase, and a copper-based matrix powder and melting the same with a local heating device, and a step for cut processing the heap layer formed on the substrate. The hard powder contains a first hard powder HP1 and a second hard powder HP2, the second hard powder HP2 is supplied to a molten pool 21 formed by melting the first hard powder HP1 and a matrix powder MP with the local heating device separately from the first hard powder HP1 in the step for forming the heap layer 20, and at least a part of the second hard powder HP2 remains inside of the heap layer 20 at a non-molten state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
