Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe joint capable of realizing excellent circulation of fluid in an internal flow channel.SOLUTION: A resin pipe joint 1 includes: a curved portion 2 which has an internal flow channel P for allowing fluid to flow therethrough, and in which a center axis CL of the internal flow channel P is curved into the circular arc shape; and welding end portions 3a, 3b which are respectively disposed on both ends of the curved portion 2, in which the center axis CL of the internal flow channel P is straight, and which are butted on and welded to welding end portions of the other resin pipe member. In a longitudinal section including the center axis CL of the internal flow channel P, both of contour lines Li, Lo of an inner side and an outer side in a curving direction of an inner face of the curved portion 2 form the circular arc shape having centers Ca common to the circular arc shape of the center axis Cl of the curved portion 2, the internal flow channel P has a certain cross-sectional area over the whole of the resin pipe joint 1, and a smooth surface is formed from an inner face of the curved portion 2 to an inner face of at least the one welding end portion 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
