Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquaculture shellfish sorting apparatus in which a sorting table is smoothly shaken by preventing salt damage to a driving source and a sliding mechanism both mounted to the sorting apparatus and which therefore allows improvement in the sorting efficiency of the sorting apparatus.SOLUTION: The aquaculture shellfish sorting apparatus includes: a first driving source Ta comprised of a motor 6 positioning in the center of a support frame unit 5 provided above a longitudinally tilted base frame 2 and a pair of driving wheels 8 rotationally supported by means of a drive shaft of the motor 6; a first shaking mechanism Sa comprising a shaking plate 25 journaled by an eccentric shaft 23 mounted to an eccentric position of a side face of an operation disk with a large diameter provided at both ends of a transmission shaft journaled on both sides of the support frame unit 5; and a sorting table 10 for sorting aquaculture shellfishes H. In the aquaculture shellfish sorting apparatus, the shaking plate 25 of the shaking mechanism and a holding plate 17 provided at both sides of left and right of the side face of the sorting table are detachably connected and suspended, the driving force of the driving source Ta is transmitted to the first shaking mechanism Sa through transmission means U, the sorting table 10 is made to perform shaking motion by the eccentric rotation using the eccentric shaft 23 of the first shaking mechanism through the shaking plate 25, and thereby the aquaculture shellfishes H on the sorting table 10 are sorted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
