Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improvement of adhesion when a fluorine resin-based paint is used for finish coating.SOLUTION: According to this coating method, a surface 1A of a base material 1 is previously treated and is coated with a water-based primer (main component: epoxy modified acrylic resin emulsion or the like) or a solvent-based primer (main component: epoxy modified acrylic resin system or the like) by a roller, a brush, an air spray and so on thereby forming an undercoat layer 2, and thereafter, an aqueous acrylic resin-based paint is diluted with an aqueous sealer which contains one of an acrylic resin-based emulsion, an epoxy resin-based emulsion, and an acrylic resin varnish as a main component, and is coated onto the undercoat layer 2 by the roller or the like thereby performing intermediate coating, and then, is dried during 20 to 24 hours thereby forming an intermediate coat layer 3. Finally, an aqueous fluorine resin-based paint is diluted with fresh water and is stirred, and then, is coated onto the intermediate coat layer 3 by the roller or the like thereby performing finish coating to form a top coat layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
