Title:
SHOCK WAVE GENERATOR FINE WIRE FEEDER MECHANISM SET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018126726
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine wire feed mechanism indispensable and high in pressure resistance upon utilization of a shock wave generator using fine wire explosion by electric discharge, further having high voltage resistance and having a high repeated cycle.SOLUTION: Provided is a fine wire feed mechanism where, by insulating the inside of a discharge electrode and introducing fine wires into a pressure container, sufficient voltage resistance is realized, by fluidizing the propagation medium of shock waves at a high speed in an electrode conduction part, deposition between the electrode part and the fine wires upon discharge melting is prevented, further, for protecting the fine wires, insulation materials and seal materials from shock conducting in a medium at the inside of the electrode upon the generation of shock waves caused by discharge, the shock is damped with an air damper and a check valve, or, upon melting the fine wires, the fine wires are cut to be held and electrical insulation is applied to realize sufficient voltage resistance. Alternatively, provided is a fine wire feed mechanism where, by shielding a medium in an introduction tube from the inside of a pressure container, shock is damped to improve the pressure resistance of the feed mechanism of the fine wires.SELECTED DRAWING: None
