Title:
OPTICAL GAS SENSOR AND GAS DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018128323
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical gas sensor in which a plurality of light sources are arranged inside a housing, and with which it is possible to downsize the device while securing an optical path length that is so large as to be able to detect a gas that is the object to be detected.SOLUTION: An optical gas sensor 1, which is a nondispersive infrared absorption type of sensor, comprises: an LED 11a for emitting infrared light of a first wavelength; an LED 11b for emitting infrared light of a second wavelength different from the first wavelength; one photodiode 12 for receiving the infrared light emitted from the LED 11a and LED 11b; reflection parts 13a-13d for reflecting the infrared light emitted from the LED 11a and thereby guiding it to the photodiode 12; and a housing 10 in which the LED 11a, the LED 11b, the photodiode 12 and the reflection parts 13a-13d are arranged on an inner surface 101a side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
