Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cross flow current in the cross flow current suppression controller of a power conversion circuit having a flying capacitor.SOLUTION: A gate delay command value calculation unit 4 has a proportional amplifier P for multiplying a cross flow current by a gain, integration amplifiers I1-I8 for inputting the cross flow current by first switches SW11-SW81 operating by the sign of each inverter unit output current command value for every turn-ON and turn-OFF of each switching device, and second switches SW12-SW82 receiving signals from the integration amplifiers I1-I8, and operating by the sign of the inverter unit output current command value. After change of the gate command values Gref1, Gref2, it is operated to add the outputs from the proportional amplifier P and the second switches SW12-SW82, thus calculating a rising gate delay command value and a falling gate delay command value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
