Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition excellent in metal anticorrosion properties and adhesion to a metal member.SOLUTION: The coating composition containing 0.1-50 pts.mass of a polysilane based on 100 pts.mass of a resin such as an epoxy resin or a polyurethane resin is applied to a surface of a corrosive metal member such as an iron-based member to impart anticorrosion properties to a coating film. The polysilane may have at least one of structural units represented by formulae (b1) and (b2). (In the formulae, R-Rare the same or different and each represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an organic group, or a silyl group.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
