Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate having different micro-structures on front/rear surfaces with only one of the front/rear surfaces controlled.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a surface enhanced spectroscopy substrate utilizing micro-structures in scales (size: 1nm to 1 μm) on a wing of lepidopteran. The manufacturing method for the surface enhanced spectroscopy substrate includes the steps of: arranging the scales on a surface of a first substrate; and transferring the micro-structures to a surface of the second substrate by bringing a second substrate which has the adhesiveness higher than that of the surface of the first substrate to at least one surface side in a state of facing the surface of the first substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
