Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic used by discharging in a foamy state, which is not sticky, has no irritation to the skin, has good foam quality which is dense and smooth and rich in elasticity and further has excellent foam durability and foam breaking characteristics.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous cosmetic used by discharging in a foamy state, the aqueous cosmetic being of a leave-in type. The aqueous cosmetic comprises (A) 0.005 to 1.5 mass% of an anionic surfactant, (B) 0.01 to 0.3 mass% of an amphoteric surfactant and (C) a water-soluble polymer. (A) the anionic surfactant is selected from an N-acylamino acid, an N-acylmethyltaurine and a salt thereof and (B) the amphoteric surfactant is a betaine-based surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
