Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure capable of preventing a bolt and a nut from being loosened in a fastening state, while simply loosening them in maintenance, and also enabling reuse of the bolt and nut.SOLUTION: A fastening structure is configured such that through a fitting hole 12a of a member 12 to be fitted, a screw bar 11a of a bolt 11 is penetrated so as to project its tip portion, to the tip portion, a nut 14 is applied through a washer 13, a small screw 15 is fastened into the nut 14 at proper torque, so that the bolt 11, the nut 14 and the small screw 15 are fixed. The washer 13 is formed with an inclination surface 13c on a first surface 13b opposite to the nut 14, while a second surface 13d is a flat surface. The small screw 15 is screwed into the nut 14 so that an axial line is orthogonal to the inclination surface 13c. For the washer 13, the first surface 13b (inclination surface 13c) has surface roughness different from that of the second surface 13d, and the first surface 13b has a smaller friction coefficient than that of the second surface 13d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
