Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that appropriately achieves relative fixing of a side plate part of a case, a heat transfer pipe, and a header by simple means, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger HE is provided with first and second annular projections 21 and 22 in a heat transfer pipe 2 where the outer diameter of the heat transfer pipe 2 is partially enlarged as means to relatively fix a side plate part 10 of a case 1, the heat transfer pipe 2, and a header constituting member 34. The first annular projection 21, which is located on an inner surface side of the side plate part 10, engages with a peripheral edge part of a first hole part 11, or is brought into press contact with the inner peripheral surface of the first hole part 11. The second annular projection 22, which is located on an outer surface side of the header constituting member 34, engages with a peripheral edge part of a second hole part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
