Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently convert electric energy input in a motor into rotational energy of a rotary member to be stored without causing complication and size increase of a structure in a power storage device with a motor and the rotary member.SOLUTION: In the case of causing a plurality of power storage devices (10) to perform a discharge operation for converting rotational energy stored in a rotary member (1, 1a) of the power storage device (10) into electric energy to be output by a power system with the power storage device (10) and a system control part (75), a phase difference is provided so that output amounts of the electric energy of all the power storage devices (10) are varied in the same period and so that secular change of the output amounts of the power storage device (10) becomes inconsistent to take out the electric energy from all the power storage devices(10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
