PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged nutritional protein consisting of a useful combination of amino acids that is not dependent on conventional agriculture alone.SOLUTION: An isolated nutritional protein comprises a first polypeptide comprising a first polypeptide sequence consisting of a specific amino acid sequence where said first polypeptide sequence has an aqueous solubility of at least 12.5 g/L at pH 7 and where said first polypeptide sequence has a calculated solvation score of less than or equal to -25 at pH 7.SELECTED DRAWING: None
