Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating metal vapor by efficiently heating a metal material as a material to be vaporized with a small energy and at a low cost by utilizing microwave.SOLUTION: The method for generating metal vapor by irradiating a mixture of a metal material and a ceramic body with microwave and heating the same to vaporize the metal material is provided. Particularly, the method enhances heating efficiency by microwave by adjusting a length of the longest part of the metal material to 1/4 or less of the wavelength of the microwave to be irradiated in the ceramic and allowing the mixture to be resonated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
