Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device capable of suppressing liquid drip after setting a discharge valve into the closed state, and to provide the discharge valve.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device 1 includes a tank 2 for storing liquid, a discharge pipe 31 for discharging the liquid from the tank 2, and a discharge valve 4 provided at the front end of the discharge pipe 31 for discharging the liquid to the downside in the vertical direction, the discharge valve 4 having a hollow cylindrical valve body 43 at one end of which a discharge port 42 for the liquid is provided and which is formed with a hollow part 41 as a flow path for the liquid in communication with the discharge port 42, and a cut-off member 44 held on the valve body 43 for cutting off the flow of the liquid in the flow path. At a lower end face 43b on the discharge port side of the valve body 43, a liquid holding groove 6 is formed in communication with the discharge port 42 to hold at least part of the liquid residing around the discharge port 42 after the flow of the liquid is cut off by the cut-off member 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
