Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode manufacturing step optimizing a utilization so as to be simplified while maintaining a quality.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a battery electrode having a discontinuity ink coated. The method includes: a step of forming an ink zone (16) on a first vertical direction division (26a) of a metal support body (22) and at least one additional ink zone (32) on at least second vertical direction division (26b) of the support body, and forming a support body coated film aligned so as to be arranged in a lateral direction for each depression zone (40) in which the at least additional ink zone (32) of a second division formed between two adjacent ink zones (16) of the first division (26a) while commonly having the zones (16 and 32); a step of performing calendar processing of the metal support body (22) comprising the coated films (16 and 32), and being in contact with a calendar processing roll arranged on the coated film side with the coated film during the processing; and a step of obtaining an electrode by separating the divisions (26a, 26b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
