PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which allows for imaging of an imaging object, even when it is obstructed by an object and cannot be shot.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus for instructing to adjust pan, tilt or zoom of a first imaging device, and instructing operation of imaging for an unmanned airplane including a second imaging device, manages specific information capable of specifying the position of an object existing in a range shootable by the first imaging device, instructs adjustment of pan, tilt or zoom of the first imaging device for imaging the imaging object, and then instructs the unmanned airplane to image the object from a position not obstructing the imaging object, on condition that the object is determined whether obstructs imaging of the imaging object by the first imaging device, by using the content of the adjustment instruction performed for the first imaging device, and the specific information managed by management means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
