Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device and a charging system, which can improve safety of charge to a secondary battery mounted on an electric vehicle of a fuel cell range extender type.SOLUTION: A charge control device for controlling charge from an external power supply device 80 to a secondary battery 30 of an electric vehicle 1 with a fuel cell system, comprises: an acquisition section acquiring information of a first hydrogen concentration that is detected by a first hydrogen detector 15 provided in the fuel cell system, and information of a second hydrogen concentration that is detected by a second hydrogen detector 89 provided at a junction between first charge connection, which is the charge connection of the electric vehicle, and second charge connection, which is the charge connection of the external power supply device; and a power supply control section controlling on and off of charge on the basis of the information of the first hydrogen concentration and the information of the second hydrogen concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
