Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble-containing oil and fat composition having good shape retainability and mouth meltability.SOLUTION: There is provided a bubble-containing oil and fat composition comprising a powder oil and fat composition, wherein the powder oil and fat composition comprises oil and fat crystals having a melting point of 50°C or more. There is provided a bubble-containing oil and fat composition in which the content of the powder oil and fat composition in the bubble-containing oil and fat composition is 0.01 to 10 mass%. There is provided a bubble-containing oil and fat composition in which the content of oil and fat in the powder oil and fat composition is 85 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
