PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow interference of an end effector to be easily determined.SOLUTION: The image processing device comprises: an end effector model registration part 8u for registering an end effector model, three-dimensional CAD data, which virtually expresses a three-dimensional shape of an end effector; an additional model preparation part 8v for preparing an additional model in which an additional region expressed by one or more prescribed three-dimensional graphics is added to a surface of the end effector model; and an interference determination part 8m for performing interference determination by which presence and absence of interference of the effector with other objects that may interfere operation of the end effector is determined when operating the effector by the additional model prepared by the additional model preparation part 8v.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 31
