Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange mechanism capable of preventing sawdust from invading into the inside of the flange mechanism from a little gap between a fitting hole of a fixing flange and a boss part of a mounter.SOLUTION: A flange mechanism includes: a mounter 52 fixed to the tip of a spindle 48 rotatably supported on a spindle housing 46, and supporting an annular cutting blade 72; and a fixing flange 80 fixing the cutting blade 72 to the mounter 52. The mounter 52 includes: a cylindrical boss part 54 supporting the inner periphery of the cutting blade 72; a receiving flange part 56 projecting from the rear side of the cylindrical boss part 54 to a radial direction outside, and having a first support face 56a supporting the cutting blade 72 on the front side of an outer peripheral edge; and a cylindrical part 58 integrally formed with the receiving flange part 56 at the rear side of the receiving flange part 56, and having an annular groove 58a in the outer periphery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
