Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding core fixing mechanism capable of simply operating adjustment of protrusion amount of a lug from the outside.SOLUTION: A winding core fixing mechanism comprises: a lug push-up body 18 provided with storage grooves 61 formed at least at three points with the intervals of a predetermined angle in the outer peripheral surface direction against the central axis of the lug push-up body 18; a key 62 housed in the storage groove 61; an adjustment screw hole 63 formed at the key 62; an adjustment screw 65 screwed to the adjustment screw hole 63 for keeping the protrusion amount of the key 62 constant against the outer peripheral surface of the lug push-up body 18; a fixing screw hole 66a formed at the key 62; a fixing female screw hole 66b formed at a storage groove bottom surface 64; and a fixing screw 67 for engaging the key 62 to the storage groove 61 via the fixing screw hole 66a and the fixing female screw hole 66b. A supporting axis body is provided with an operation hole 68 formed at a position corresponding to the adjustment screw 65 from the outer peripheral surface to the inner peripheral surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
