PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule agent which suppresses delayed breakdown caused by increased viscosity of contents.SOLUTION: A soft capsule agent has: contents made up of anthocyanin, the percentage of which is 5 mass%-25 mass% relative to the total mass of the contents, medium chain fatty acid triglyceride with an average carbon number of constituent fatty acids of 6-12, and lecithin; and a capsule coating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
