Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a material that can be used for food, cosmetic preparations or the like, which can be a LPS supply source, using Bidens pilosa, which is not effectively utilized although it has strong fecundity irrespective of the season.SOLUTION: Bidens pilosa naturally cultivated without using agrochemicals is fermented and dried under an outdoor temperature condition of 15-40°C, and then powdered, to obtain dry powder of Bidens pilosa containing LPS in high concentrations.SELECTED DRAWING: None
