PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable environment for residents.SOLUTION: A construction method comprises: a charcoal painting application step of applying a charcoal paint on at least one of a floor, a wall and a ceiling of a room to be constructed; an arranging step of arranging flooring materials formed of fertilized cedar on the floor of the room; a diatomaceous earth application step of applying diatomaceous earth formed of diatomaceous earth to the wall of the room; and a spray step of spraying an antioxidant aqueous solution onto at least one of a floor on which the flooring materials are arranged, a wall coated with diatomaceous earth, and a ceiling on which charcoal paint is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
