Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a head part of a bolt from being seen at a front surface part acting as an ornamental surface of a pressurized formed part when it is fixed to a fixing base and at the same time to enable the pressurized formed part to be connected at the most appropriate optional position and to prevent any restriction against its shape when the pressurized formed part is formed into a cubic shape.SOLUTION: The method comprises a step in which a passing and inserting hole for a small projection of a connecting block to be described later is punched and provided at a desired position at an outer peripheral edge part bent at a back surface side at a pressurized formed part; a step in which a nut part is formed at an upper surface of a rectangular base and after a connecting block formed with several small projections at its lower surface is processed against its pulling and removal of said small projections from said passing and inserting hole after the small projection is passed into and inserted into said passing and inserting hole of the pressurized molding part and the connecting block is fixed to the outer peripheral edge of the pressurized formed part; and a step in which a fixing base is abutted against a back surface side of the pressurized formed part, bolts are inserted into and passed into the bolt passing and inserting holes punched and provided at said fixing base and said bolts are engaged in thread with the nut part of said connecting block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
