Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive capacitive sensor inspection machine and inspection method capable of achieving a simple and rapid inspection.SOLUTION: An inspection machine is the machine that inspects quality of a function of a capacitive sensor 1 where multiple detection electrodes 3 are formed by alignment on an insulation sheet 2, and includes: a holding tool 10 for holding the capacitive sensor 1 by positioning; an inspection electrode 30 for generating a capacitance with the detection electrodes 3 of the capacitive sensor 1 held by the holding tool 10 by opposing to the detection electrodes 3 at an interval; a detection circuit 40 for detecting a capacitance value based on a capacitance between the detection electrodes 3 of the capacitive sensor 1 and the ground 50; and a changeover switch 60 for performing electrical connection/separation between the inspection electrode 30 and the ground 50. Since multiple movable parts of the inspection machine can be drastically reduced, a structure becomes very simple so that the inspection machine can be expected to be miniaturized and inexpensively manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
