Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of acquiring three-dimensional information in a predetermined direction, in which near and far three-dimensional information can be simultaneously acquired, and a measurable region can be set to be large.SOLUTION: A measurement device for measuring three-dimensional information in a predetermined direction comprises: a first imaging part for imaging a region of a first distance from the measurement device to output a first pickup image; a second imaging part for imaging a region of a second distance different from the first distance from the measurement device to output a second pickup image; a projection part for optically scanning parallel light in the region of the first distance and the region of the second distance to project pattern light; an arithmetic processing part for performing an arithmetic operation of the three-dimensional information in the predetermined direction on the basis of at least one image between the first pickup image and the second pickup image; and a control part for controlling the first imaging part and the second imaging part and the projection part. The control part controls imaging of the first imaging part and the second imaging part in synchronization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
