Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw press clogging prevention device which is configured so that a scraper fastened to a screw blade can move in a direction of an outer cylinder screen without disassembling the screw press.SOLUTION: In a screw press 1, a filtration chamber 10 is formed in a state that a screw shaft 6 with a screw blade 5 wound around the interior of an outer cylinder screen 4 is rotatably provided therein. The screw press 1 includes: a tubular adjustment tool 18 which can expand or contract according to an internal pressure along an outer periphery part of the screw blade 5; a scraper 14 which can move in an outer cylinder screen 4 direction according to expansion and contraction of the adjustment tool 18; and a pressure supply pipe 17 which is inserted into the screw shaft 6 and is connected to a rotary swivel joint 15 at one side and to the adjustment tool 18 at the other end. The structure allows the scraper 14 to be moved in the outer cylindrical screen 4 direction without disassembling the screw press 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
